MISSSION/OBJECTIVE
Our mission is to train select private U.S. citizens in protective tactics, techniques and procedures that can be applied immediately, using both conceptual theory and practical application.
INSTRUCTORS & METHOD OF INSTRUCTION
All Phase Line instructors bring real-world operational experience from the U.S. military, law enforcement and/or private security contracting realms. We utilize auditory, visual, and kinesthetic teaching and training methods that take a logic-based approach. We believe in speeding up the crawl, walk, run model. You will learn it, do it, and teach it over the course of the training cycle. asd
COURSE CLUSTERS
Our courses are primarily designed as weekend training sessions. Training blocks are further divided into two parts each training day. The morning (am) blocks are focused on learning and understanding the conceptual side of Protective Ops in the classroom. The afternoon (pm) blocks are dedicated to the development and hands-on application through repetition of newly learned protective skills.
OUR STUDENTS, REQUIREMENTS, CLASS SIZES
While the instructors come from the military and law enforcement realms, our students do not. The majority of our students are average Americans who are looking to learn and develop new skills that will serve them in improving and preserving their lives and the lives of people they love. The requirements to start training are basic. Students must be US Citizens, over 21 years of age, and have no felonious or domestic abuse history. We limit all of our courses to 12 students per block, no exceptions. This ratio offers the student the ideal environment for small team skills and accelerated learning.
SCALE, COST, EQUIPMENT
We maintain the ability to create blended custom courses. Costs vary depending upon course specifics, location, and number of students. We will supply the classroom, note taking materials, snacks, physical training location, and training vehicles. The student will need to bring a change of clothing and shoes that may become dirty.
ON-SITE/EXPORT OPTIONS (MTT)
We offer on-site/export courses to locations inside the US. Our Mobile Training Team will come to you with the course materials and the training gear required to provide you with a professional custom course. Contact us for details on our capabilities specific to your needs.
CERTIFICATE PROGRAMS
While not required, we do offer certificates of training and completion to students who have successfully completed all blocks of training and the FTX.
2020/2021 COURSE OFFERINGS (PAIRED BLOCKS FORMAT)
INTRO TO PROTECTION (classroom) + PROTECTION & MOVEMENT (practical application)
The combined blocks of Introduction to Protection and Movement are the base blocks. These periods of instruction provide fundamental concepts that form the student’s protective mindset. The student will be introduced to methods of protective thinking via classroom presentation in the morning classroom block. Following lunch, the student will move to hands-on application. They will be given demonstrations on human contact and manipulation techniques. They will learn and apply basic protective driving concepts. These combined blocks are the only pre-requisite for further training.
FOREIGN TRAVEL (classroom) + STRESS INOCULATION (practical application)
Foreign Travel is one of our core competencies. We average close to 80 countries per year as a team with operational experience in over 140 countries about the world. We teach processes and tactics that we have successfully used across the globe. Stress Inoculation is a challenging course that was designed to give you a glimpse into real-world critical incidents. It allows the student to see if they can actually do what they think they can do in less than ideal conditions full of stressors.
ASSESSMENTS & SITE ADVANCES (classroom) + A & A PRAC (practical application)
Assessments & Site Advances are the cornerstone of any successful operation. Choreography creates success in protection. Information acquisition and ops planning start on day one and don’t end until the final day. This course will provide the student with the tools necessary to success on the front end.
EVENT OPERATIONS (classroom) + ANALYSIS & HARDENING (practical application)
The period of instruction focuses on understanding and organizing large scale public events. It is coupled with environmental analysis and target hardening. The student will gain insight in the world of political and social events while learning how to implement and install measures to safeguard them.
FINAL TRAINING EXERCISE (FTX) (*certificate option)
FTX is a culmination of learned concepts and practiced skills being tested in reality. It presents the student with a number of briefing and scenario-based exposures. The situations encountered by the student will require them to dig deep and solve critical problems though thinking and maneuver.
